Transit Management Agreement

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statues of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “RFP 320-0211224RPG-Regional Public Transportation Services Management Contract” will be received by the City of Rocky Mount until 2:00 pm (ET) on Monday, February 17, 2025, at the Fredrick E. Turnage Administrative Complex, 331 S. Franklin St. Rocky Mount, NC 27804.

The City of Rocky Mount is seeking proposals from qualified firms duly licensed to provide the services listed under the scope of work in the specifications of the bid document.

There will be a virtual urged and cautioned Pre-Proposal Conference on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. To facilitate participation, a Microsoft Teams link will be provided to all interested parties. Email Ramona P. Gardner at [email protected] for the Teams link. City staff will be available to address any questions related to the RFP.
